Arkkitehti Harto Helpisen suunnittelema Lammin kivitalo kauniin kalliorinteen kupeessa, päättyvän tien päässä. Laajan kallioalueen ja tuija-aidan rajaama 1480 neliön tontti on hyvin suojaisa ja helppohoitoinen. Talon molemmilla puolilla olevilla terasseilla voi viettää kesäpäivää kaikessa rauhassa.

Suuret ikkunat ja toiseen kerrokseen kurkottava katto tuovat valoa ja avaruutta olohuoneen ja avokeittiön muodostamaan oleskelutilaan, jossa on myös komea varaava takka. Avarat näkymät kattojen yli puustoiseen naapurustoon sekä omalle kalliotontille ovat kätkössä naapureilta.

Tilavia makuuhuoneita on yläkerrassa kolme. Alakerrassa on kaksi huonetta, jotka soveltuvat myös hyvin työ-tai harrastustiloiksi tai kotiteatteriksi, kuten tällä hetkellä. Designed by architect Harto Helpinen, this Lammi stone house sits beside a beautiful rocky slope at the end of a quiet street.
The 1480 m² plot, bordered by a wide rocky area and a hedge of arborvitae, offers excellent privacy and is easy to maintain. Terraces on both sides of the house provide peaceful spots to enjoy summer days.
Large windows and a ceiling that reaches into the second floor bring light and spaciousness to the open-plan living room and kitchen area, which also features a handsome heat-retaining fireplace. Expansive views over rooftops to the wooded neighborhood and your own rocky yard remain hidden from neighbors.
Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms. Downstairs, two rooms are ideal for work, hobbies, or a home theater, as currently used. One downstairs room with a private entrance also offers potential for business use.
The atmospheric sauna area includes a larger-than-usual sauna and a hot tub.
The house is both heated and cooled with geothermal energy. All rooms have water-circulating underfloor heating. The warm garage accommodates two cars and spacious storage.
